This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to reservations made at Minerva Suites Malta. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Polรญtica general de anulaciรณn
Periodo de cancelaciรณn gratuito:
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount will apply.
Polรญtica de no presentaciรณn:
- If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, a one-night cancellation fee will be charged.
- Minerva Suites Malta reserves the right to cancel the remaining nights of the booking if no communication is received from the guest.
Polรญtica de Stop Sale:
- Stop Sale requests may be issued by Minerva Suites Malta at any time and without conditions. Guests affected by Stop Sale will be notified via email or phone.
2. Reservas no reembolsables
- For certain rate plans or promotional offers labeled as non-refundable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
3. Modificaciones de las reservas
Solicitudes de cambio:
- Modifications to your booking, such as date changes or suite type adjustments, are subject to availability and rate differences.
- Requests for changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Salidas anticipadas:
- No se reembolsarรกn las noches no utilizadas en caso de salida anticipada, salvo que se especifique lo contrario en las condiciones de reserva.
4. 4. Condiciones de pago
- El pago completo puede exigirse en el momento de la reserva o en el de la entrada, segรบn el plan de tarifas elegido.
- Los huรฉspedes deberรกn abonar el saldo pendiente en el momento de registrarse, mediante tarjeta de crรฉdito o en efectivo, a menos que se haya acordado un pago por adelantado.
5. 5. Polรญtica de reembolso
Derecho a reembolso:
- Refunds are processed only for cancellations made within the free cancellation period or in cases where Minerva Suites Malta is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
Proceso de reembolso:

- Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Depรณsitos no reembolsables:

6. Fuerza mayor
Minerva Suites Malta is not liable for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
