This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and changes to reservations made at Minerva Suites Malta. By making a reservation with us, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Politique gรฉnรฉrale d'annulation
Gratuit Pรฉriode d'annulation :
- Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount will apply.

- If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, a one-night cancellation fee will be charged.
- Minerva Suites Malta reserves the right to cancel the remaining nights of the booking if no communication is received from the guest.

- Stop Sale requests may be issued by Minerva Suites Malta at any time and without conditions. Guests affected by Stop Sale will be notified via email or phone.
2. Rรฉservations non remboursables
- For certain rate plans or promotional offers labeled as non-refundable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
3. Modifications des rรฉserves
Demandes de modification :
- Modifications to your booking, such as date changes or suite type adjustments, are subject to availability and rate differences.
- Requests for changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.

- En cas de dรฉpart anticipรฉ, les nuits non utilisรฉes ne sont pas remboursรฉes, sauf indication contraire dans les conditions de rรฉservation.
4. Conditions de paiement
- Le paiement intรฉgral peut รชtre exigรฉ au moment de la rรฉservation ou de l'enregistrement, en fonction du plan tarifaire choisi.
- Les hรดtes doivent rรฉgler tout solde restant ร l'arrivรฉe, soit par carte de crรฉdit, soit en espรจces, ร moins qu'un prรฉpaiement n'ait รฉtรฉ convenu.
5. Politique de remboursement
Droit au remboursement :
- Refunds are processed only for cancellations made within the free cancellation period or in cases where Minerva Suites Malta is unable to honor a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

6. Force Majeure
Minerva Suites Malta is not liable for cancellations or refunds due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
